At Clover, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • Original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories must be intact.

  2. How to Return

    • Carefully try on items without removing tags.

    • Repackage your items and ship them back to us within 14 days.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  4. Shipping Fees

    • Return shipping is non‑refundable, except if Clover sent you the wrong or a defective item.
